Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase inhibitor used for treating impotence (erectile dysfunction, or ED), benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Tadalafil is available under the following different brand names: Adcirca, and Cialis.
