They can be done by people who can use both their upper and lower body but have problems browse around here with joints or just the upper body portion can be used for people who cannot use their legs. They are perfect for seniors or anyone suffering with arthritis. Although they are seated, they are highly effective fat loss workouts that will make you sweat and burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time. In this 15 minute Chair workout you will do the equivalent of 1500 Steps, all whilst seated in a chair. You will use light hand weights or water bottles to work your arms while doing simple steps with your legs (if you are able to use your legs). Every 30 seconds the movement will change slightly to make it more fun and interesting. No difficult choreography in this one, just easy to follow steps and arm exercises that will burn a ton of calories. There are easier modifications shown throughout and also examples of upper body only modifications! Get ready to sweat!
