Error: No content files found.I've decided to share my ZOE Nutrition experience as I try to combat fatigue. This time we look at what's in the box and find out what it's all about. Whilst unboxing my Zoe app tells me I have a task to do - so I fit the blood sugar sensor to start the journey. I will make follow-up videos on the Testing Day, the Challenge phase, what I learn when my personalised results are in, and how Zoe influences my food choices moving forwards, and of course how it is affecting my health.
